Consultancy, Contracts Order placed, Training Registration Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Participant or an Organisation:

1.1      Full Refund: Participants or organisations who cancel their registration at least 14 days before the scheduled training, contract or order start date will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

1.2      Partial Refund: Participants who cancel between 7 to 13 days before the training contract or order start date may be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the registration fee.

1.3      No Refund: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 days before the training contract or order start date.

2. Substitution:

Participants who are unable to attend the training may request a substitution by providing the details of the substitute participant at least 3 days before the training contract or order start date. Substitutions are subject to approval by the training company.

3. Cancellation by Anvil Business Group / Force majeure:

Any circumstances beyond our control may necessitate postponement, change of course venue, substitution of assigned trainers, assessors or cancellation of the training course contract or order. Fees, dates, trainers’ assessors are subject to change. Our liability is limited to reimbursing you for any course cancellation by us or unavailability of seats. We reserve the right to confirm registration in accordance with registration requests and seat availability.

The training company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training contract or order agreed execution date due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrolment, or any other reason. In such cases, registered participants will be notified promptly, and they may choose to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a future training session.

4. Payment Terms:

All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Participants will only be considered officially registered upon receipt of payment.

5. Refund Process:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@training.anvilbusinessgroup.com .The processing time for refunds is 14 days from the date of the written request.
